Michele Nicklis brings energy, passion, a focus on quality and significant relevant experience to ClinSearch Resources. Michele is a seasoned entrepreneur who has owned and operated several businesses in the recruiting, IT and client services arena. She has significant experience in Human Resources, including 10 years as a human resources consultant with a large telecommunications firm where she was an important advisor to senior management in the areas of compensation administration, personnel planning and retention initiatives. Michele was the first point of contact for employee performance issues, benefits and training and development. In 1997, she leveraged her experience in business, IT and human resources to launch Tri-QSI, a staffing company that operated in 5 states with revenues of 10M. In 2011 she founded Novus Resources, a firm that focuses on consulting and contract recruiting in the Engineering & IT space.
As a co-founder of ClinSearch, her experiences allow her to combine her many years of human resources, sales, recruiting and work-force management with a passion for creating great organizations that do important work. Michele is actively involved in the business community in North Carolina and beyond. On a national level, she’s a member of the American Staffing Association, and the Society for Human Resources Management. Locally, she’s actively involved with The Rotary Club of Morrisville where she held several board positions including President and is currently the Fundraising Chair, Interact Chair, and the Rotary Youth Leadership Chair (RYLA).
Michele is driven to provide value to her clients in many ways and now has the opportunity to lead that charge in a new, dynamic and disruptive organization, ClinSearch.
Jon Gardow | Co-founder
Jon Gardow’s belief of “a better way to partner” with recruitment agencies led to the founding of ClinSearch Resources. Jon puts strict emphasis on competitive intelligence and consulting when navigating the complex landscape of hiring in the pharmaceutical industry. His career has focused on mastering hiring patterns while helping candidates and clients to make better decisions, yielding better outcomes.
Before founding ClinSearch, Jon led award winning teams at one of the largest recruitment networks in the world, completely focused on sponsors, CROs, and eClinical technologies. His passion resulted in multiple President’s Club awards for revenue generation, as well as the creation and growth of commercial and operational divisions. To further hone his craft, Jon has spent time selling eClinical solutions to sponsors and CROs at a global pioneer of clinical payment technology solutions. He graduated with multiple degrees from Valparaiso University in Biology and Sociology.
Dr. Brian Reynolds, PhD
Brian Reynolds, PhD, came to ClinSearch with a broad exposure to science, recruiting, corporate human resources and organizational structure and function. Brian’s doctorate is in microbiology and immunology from the Indiana University School of Medicine. He has a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Duke University. He has been a funded researcher, a medical school and small college professor, a manager in the scientific and clinical recruiting industry and an onsite recruiting and process development consultant for two major clinical research organizations. He has likewise been a Director of Medical Communications for a small biotechnology company and a pivotal member of a global Alzheimer’s disease clinical trial working with an international pharmaceutical company. Brian is passionate about providing service that enhances teams that contribute to health and wellness, his long-time and larger passion. Brian’s role at ClinSearch is to serve as the Director of the Consulting Division, which will work closely with organizational leaders to examine many aspects of recruiting, retention and organizational development processes with the intent of making them better.
